Bedroom 2-The Parrot Room

This bedroom offers 2 double beds. There is also a closet for storage, full size dresser, smart TV with basic cable, overhead fan, and a window for natural light.

Bedroom 3-The Flamingo Room

2 double beds

This bedroom is directly across from bedroom #2. This room is almost identical to bedroom 1 and features two double size beds, closet for storage, full size dresser, Smart TV with basic cable, overhead fan and direct access to a bathroom. The bedroom window provides great natural light.

Kitchen

Guests will be pleased with the oversized island and cabinets. The kitchen features granite countertops, full size stainless steel appliances, and more. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. The French press or flex brew coffee maker allows you to make coffee with your favorite coffee grounds or k-cup. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided!

Master Bathroom

The newly updated full master bathroom features a stand-up shower, tub, toilet, and an oversized mirror.

Bathroom 2

Guests will find a full bathroom between the kitchen and bedrooms 2 & 3. This updated full bathroom features a vanity, sink, mirror, tub, shower, and toilet. You can access this bathroom from the hallway or Bedroom 3.

Living Room

The living room is located at the very front of the condo. The living area features ample seating for guests and is fully furnished with a sofa, loveseat and 2 accent chairs. Guests will enjoy the entertainment stand, stocked with games and books, large TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The 16th floor view is absolutely incredible and guests will enjoy unobstructed North-facing views for as far as you can see! Enjoy gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets.

Dining Area

The dining room table seats 6 and 4 island counter stools make for additional seating arrangements.

Laundry

Directly across the hall from bathroom #2 is where the stackable washer & dryer is located. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo. If bulk laundry is needed, it's important to note that Sand Dunes offers a very large coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.

• A digital welcome guide and all check-in information will be provided to “Guest” on the day before your check-in.
• Check-in is at 4PM EST and a unique access code will be provided with check-in information. This unique code will only be valid between check in and check-out times.
• We are not able to confirm if early check-in will be available until your arrival day, as it is dependent on our cleaner’s schedule.

No events allowed

Pets are not allowed. If guests bring a pet to our non-pet home, failure to comply will cause immediate eviction with no refund, and subject to a $500 fee.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

The rental party shall consist of “Guest” (at least 21 years of age) and other guests occupying the property during the rental period. A guest is anyone that will be staying at the property for any period. The maximum number in the rental party is limited to 10 persons. “Guest” is required to be in occupancy during the duration of the stay. No subletting or 3rd party bookings. Failure to abide by the maximum occupancy or age requirements will result in immediate evictions.

House Rules

-Guests are responsible, at all times, for the safety of their children while on the premises. Do not allow them to climb on the railings, or stand on chairs near the railings.

-Please minimize excessive noise between 11pm and 9am to ensure everyone enjoys their vacation.

-Please report all accidents, damages, and any non-working appliances immediately so that they can be corrected before the next guests arrive. If "guests" cause damage, or if extra cleaning should be involved, guests will be responsible for additional charges.

-Please read our listing thoroughly before confirming. Booking this property is acceptance of all house rules.

--The Sand Dunes Ocean Overlook is our home away from home. We appreciate the fact that our guests treat this property as if it were their own, and that means the world to us!

Payment Policy

Full payment required at time of booking.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

It is highly recommended that Guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, hurricane, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS will be given if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in date.
